Return Policy

Changed your mind? If you don't like the product, you can return it only at the moment of delivery — while the courier is still at your door. In this case you only pay the shipping fee.
After use: returns are accepted only if there is a defect in the bag itself.
Warranty: every bag comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

غيّرتي رأيك؟ لو المنتج مش عاجبك، تقدري ترجّعيه وقت التوصيل فقط — طالما مندوب الشحن لسه على الباب. في الحالة دي بتدفعي مصاريف الشحن فقط.
بعد الاستخدام: الاسترجاع بيتم فقط لو في عيب في الشنطة نفسها.
الضمان: كل شنطة معاها ضمان سنة كاملة ضد عيوب التصنيع. الضمان لا يغطي التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام.
